PARK AND GARDENS OF THE PESSELIÈRES CASTLE
Romantic park featuring a collection of remarkable trees, a bower labyrinth, gardens, kitchen garden and orchard...
This 12th-century château remained in the same family until 1994. Home to the Marshals of the County of Sancerre, it and its gardens have been listed as a Monument Historique since 2009. Still inhabited and meticulously maintained, only the exterior can be visited: the main courtyard, moat and romantic park with a river running through it. Its labyrinth, flowering orchard and remarkable trees are a delight to stroll through. Concerts and events punctuate the year.

Une grande leçon de jardin et d'histoire. Et en plus, c'est profondément beau !
