This bakery is known for its "trufiau": a small puff batter with potatoes, gilded in the oven, five centimeters out of seven, weighing around twenty-five grams. He was born in Graçay on March 12, 1988, with a special know-how in the laboratory of Mr Desvignes, Baker's baker in Graçay. His baptism took place on 7 August 1988. His formal approval followed the birth of a real local gastronomic specialty. The Trufiaux Fair takes place every year on Pentecost Sunday.
