Museum offering a visit to discover a collection of Gallic and Gallo-Roman objects, with exceptional bronze objects.
Housed in a 15th century building listed as a historical monument, the Emile Chénon Museum was created in 1961 on the initiative of archaeologist Jacques Gourvest after the discovery of a large amphora cellar. Today, it offers a collection of Gallic and Gallo-Roman objects which was completely refurbished in 2015 following the discovery of 4 exceptional bronze objects during excavations. So don't hesitate any longer, go and discover amphorae, oppidum, Gallic and Gallo-Roman handicrafts and many other treasures.
