Chantal Wilk and Jean Tatin, two passionate vineyards and local engineers, decided about twenty years ago to create their vineyard. Today, vines spread over 11 ha divided into seven plots. Their daughter Maroussia joined the farm in 2010. What they want is to "work their wines, as products of a land, in all their historical, cultural and gustative dimensions." They produce white Quincy, of course, as well as red, white or rosé Reuilly. You can enjoy Quincy Wine or Old Vignes. Quincy Sucellus, the name of a gallic god represented by a statue with a barrel at his feet, is the prestigious cuvée. Raised in oak barrels and from old vines, she will accompany your spicy and spicy dishes. The wines of the estate can be tasted young, for an aperitif between friends, or after one to two years of bottle bonus. When you go to the property, Jean and Chantal will share with you, their knowledge of the history of the vineyard, and will make you visit the buildings of the estate: a farm of the seventeenth century fully restored. The old vending has become a tasting cellar that can accommodate up to fifty people, and the bergery is now perfect as a cellar. A rural cottage can accommodate between 11 and 15 people on site.
