For 75 years, the mill of the Chappe runs and continues its activity in the heart of Bourges. Of course, the artisanal flour produced supplies many bakeries in the Centre and elsewhere (the frills of the Throne Fair, the Mill Mill!) but also all individuals who want to consume good local products and encourage direct sales that reward producers and honour the fruit of their work. Three crucial steps (cleaning of grain, mouillage of wheat and milling of flour) make it possible to obtain such valuable flour. Apart from household meal, many meals and mixtures are offered for sale in order to make home breads, complete breads, forest breads, müesli breads, butter rolls, butter, cookies and hazelnuts. In order to succeed your breads and other preparations, recipes with precise quantities are provided. A real return to the sources and pleasure of the home, the taste of quality more!
