Christmas 1884: in the heart of Bourges, the Maison des Forestines was created by a Berruyer confectioner, Georges Forest. Its products are made from natural ingredients: sugar, almonds, fruit pulp and hazelnuts. The flagship product of the house is the Forestine, the first filled candy in the world: under their satiny, crunchy and colourful sugar sheath, they hide a creamy praline with almonds and hazelnuts, flavoured with chocolate. Jean-François Tavernier now offers you original candies, fine chocolates, almond creams and caramels.
