LA FÉERIE DES DÉLICES
The little fairy always hangs over the heads of our two young bakers Rodolphe and Benjamin who since their passage to the show of M 6 «The Best Bakery of France», put even more heart in the book to realize all our gourmet desires. On the bread side, Rodolphe is set in the oven and has a tradition of natural leaven, white chopsticks and delicious pastries. Its second specialty is macaroons with no less than 32 different varieties and a great success for those with bananas, fruit of passion, pineapple, pistachio and raspberry. Benjamin on his side is a master in the art of pastry. The bakery star is the Féerique, a chocolate cake with crispy almonds and grout of raspberry. The Chococisson also has its customers, manufactured on a flash basis of gianduja and dry fruit. The delicacies of delicacies continues with the marshmallows and the animals of almond paste. Only caveat: parking in front of the bakery remains limited.
