Galette aux pommes de terre
A ma demande , la boulangerie a préparé des galettes aux pommes de terre à l’ancienne. Cela n’a pas été une réussite. Pas du tout appétissant, désagréable en bouche et très salé, rien à voir avec une galette…. Le tout est parti à la poubelle.
