The exhibition takes visitors on a journey from the end of the First World War to the legacy of the Resistance. Over 200 exhibits, objects and documents are presented. They provide a better understanding of the Occupation and collaboration, but also of courage and the refusal of fascism. We get a close-up view of the daily lives of these ordinary warriors, who organized themselves, created networks and bravely defied the repression and police terror of the French state set up by Pétain.
