LES AILES BERRUYÈRES

Affiliated with the sports and cultural federation of France, this association offers a discovery of gymnastics to the small and large. Female gymnastics courses are divided by age categories: Éveil for 3-6 years, poussines aged 6 to 10, youth aged 10 to 14 and seniors over 14 years old. Boys are also welcome. A course is reserved when the staff are sufficient. The Berruyères Wings also organize a relaxing workout for adults to combat the stress of the stress.
