Why not practise kendo, this form of two-hands fencing, remarkable Japanese martial art? Kendo is practiced in the sword and has become over time, a discipline of international competition. With naked feet, the objective is to succeed either to strike before the opponent can do it, or to strike after having dodged or paré the opposing attack.
