We've been waiting for it for some time, and here it is at last: Barologie, the concept of Marion Tagaux, a true bartender and mixologist. A passionate entrepreneur, she has made a name for herself through social networking. But for us Berruyers, we've had the chance to experience and appreciate her savoir-faire at the Levrette Café, among other places. With this establishment, she aims to restore cocktails to their rightful place in the social life of bars.

Côté cuisine, il est possible de déguster d'excellents tapas, préparés sur place à la demande ou d'excellentes planches de charcuterie. Les produits sont frais et de très bonne qualité.
Le service est aux petits oignons et saura vous donner de bons conseils, en fonction de vos goûts et preferences. Et le tout avec sourire et bonne humeur !
Je ne peux que recommander à tous les amateurs de cocktails ou même aux curieux désireux de faire de nouvelles découvertes, le tout dans un cadre agréable avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.
