We've been waiting for it for some time, and here it is at last: Barologie, the concept of Marion Tagaux, a true bartender and mixologist. A passionate entrepreneur, she has made a name for herself through social networking. But for us Berruyers, we've had the chance to experience and appreciate her savoir-faire at the Levrette Café, among other places. With this establishment, she aims to restore cocktails to their rightful place in the social life of bars.

La crainte que j’ai toujours dans les bars c’est que l’on ne puisse pas s’entendre si l’on souhaite discuter. À Barologie? Pas de problème, un fond sonore oui, mais on s’entend parler!
