And for the little story, the one who built this house is no other than Mr. Forest, the creator of the Bonbon, emblematic of Bourges. For many, the Garden Gourmand is an institution. In a carefully revised and refined décor, many pieces of thread come to you and offer both conviviality and intimacy. It is always good and well executed in the plate for years. Our last passage has once again confirmed this: a cream of green lentils from the Berry with its crusts of county and Norway, followed by a roasted duck filet and its pick of vegetables, and to finish a sweet solognote pie to the apples of Saint-Martin d'Auxigny.
