It is in the heart of the marshes that André Carelli, the chef, welcomes you and in a room completely redécorée in the shades grey and green. You will be in a quiet position to enjoy dishes combining tradition and new cuisine. The map changes over the seasons, but there is still a wide choice of smoked meat and fish - smoking smoking.
