Formerly L 'Amphytrion, Le Chat Doré is the same restaurant, held by the same bosses, but with a different concept: It became a bistro lounge and tea room, in a modern and cozy setting. The cuisine is always traditional, and if you are an amateur of fresh products on the spot, with respect for flavors and craftsmen, you will find satisfaction. You will be offered a dish of the day or made-of-the-kind plates made of house crust, omelet raised with cream of truffle, poted or soup in winter, soft chocolate or pie. And on Sunday an English brunch awaits you (flat eggs, grilled sausages, bacon, smoked salmon, meats, lost bread, pancakes, brioche and cakes…).

Always of good food, it is one of our favourite restaurants in Bourges. You are always well recommended for food and wine pairings. The new decor trompe - l ' oeil is very nice
