At Aerizza, it's the taste that wins: ultra-fresh products and delicious sauces. The pizzaiolo, Olivier Mazzadi, finished Europe's vice-champion in 2016 in two different categories, Margherita & Calzone, and in 2017 both Champion of Europe in Calzone category, and World Champion in Pizza Dessert! With the complicity of his wife Christine, Olivier brings the «peps» into the plate. And who better than an entirely homemade kitchen makes it possible to restore all taste flavors to recipes! The secret of this paste so well controlled: an Italian flour of quality, spring water and a home leaven, all brought to maturity 2 to 3 days to obtain the best taste and digestive qualities, to finish with a dough spread in fine semolina, which gives a crispy crispy crisp. Of the 25 recipes proposed, the forest pizza with cedar cream and smoked duck mats or Chavignol crottin pizza, almonds and honey or butcher pizza with chopped meat and crushed black pepper won all the votes. For lovers of sweet delicacies, they will appreciate the extensive map of desserts. In summer, the beautiful terrace is appreciable and winter is warm with the Tuscany landscape drawn inside. An excellent address that comes out of the beaten tracks!
