A beautiful cuisine for this restaurant with terrace in Brantôme-en-Périgord offering a refined and regularly renewed menu.
The Fil du Temps is the counterpart of the Fil de l'eau. It's the old post house. Old fashioned cooking, old fashioned rotisserie... You won't find two like this beautiful address, with a terrace facing the superb gardens of Brantôme. Inside, a typical Périgord restaurant style with the suggestion of the day at 39 euros. On the menu, a tartar with two salmons and exotic fruits, a local beef filet, and the famous lemon pie revisited. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service fast and courteous, and the prices are very honest.

Une cuisine qui manque de savoir faire et de raffinement au vu du prix ! 115 euros pour 2 adultes, 1 enfant avec seulement 1 plat, 2 entrées, 1 menu enfant et 1 demi bouteille de Bergerac. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix
Alors OK la vue sur l'abbaye de Brantome de la terrasse est sublime et l'entrecôte limousine excellente mais ce n'est pas suffisant pour justifier le prix.
Nous sommes refroidis par les établissements de lieux touristiques bien placés qui se reposent sur cet atout...
