An unusual place where you can come and eat at any time of the day in the historic heart of the Green Venice of the Périgord.
Xavier has been around the world in the restaurant business. He left the Venice of the North to open his improbable address in Brantôme: he cooks mainly local products, in the form of jars. These are consigned, to be tasted to take away or on the spot, in the room or on the terrace. He cooks the food as little as possible in order to preserve its nutritional benefits, then sublimates the taste of his productions. In line with his background, Xavier seeks to reduce his impact and his food waste: he is a "zero waste caterer", 100% home-made.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix : 15€ pour entrée-plats-desserts. Des produits frais et locaux. Un menu avec beaucoup de goût. Les deux personnes qui tiennent ce restaurant sont en plus très gentilles, ce qui n'est pas si commun dans des lieux touristiques. Je recommande +++

Un lieu en or !!
Nous avons décidé de manger en décalé afin de prendre le temps de visiter l'abbaye et le village.
Arrivé peu avant 14h, beaucoup de restaurants terminés leur service ce qui est complètement compréhensible.
Dans la rue piétonne, un restaurant ouvert avec 2 super patrons et des produits cuisinés excellents qui servent jusqu'à 16h si il y a encore de quoi manger.
Ils s'approvisionnent au maximum en local.
Une adresse à recommander pour ceux qui souhaitent manger plus tard.
