An unusual place where you can come and eat at any time of the day in the historic heart of the Green Venice of the Périgord.
Xavier has been around the world in the restaurant business. He left the Venice of the North to open his improbable address in Brantôme: he cooks mainly local products, in the form of jars. These are consigned, to be tasted to take away or on the spot, in the room or on the terrace. He cooks the food as little as possible in order to preserve its nutritional benefits, then sublimates the taste of his productions. In line with his background, Xavier seeks to reduce his impact and his food waste: he is a "zero waste caterer", 100% home-made.
