Didier Bouillet has set up his restaurant under the caves. Its credo: good fast food without frozen food at affordable prices for families. A la carte pizzas, tortillas, pancakes, sandwiches and burgers "à la française". They are available in Brantômais, Périgord, Italian, all made from minced steak, and American breaded chicken. Everything is homemade with fresh products, even French fries. Original: the ice cream made "live" with selected fruits by pouring cream with it on an ice cream plate.
