It is from its laboratory in Theix-Noyalo that the products presented are created. You will find frozen cakes like the heart of Breton (sherbet apple sherbet, tatin apple, caramel ice cream), breizh mozzarella (80% chocolate, caramel foam, and flowing caramel), the last-born "iced flash" or Brittany Brazil without sugar (Plougastel strawberry sherbet, lime sherbet, green lemon decay). Note that each store has a product away, ice verrine, ice cream or frying chocolate without sugar (au, natural fiber). A small tea salon to taste the delicacies presented.
