Based in Pluneret, and now open in parallel from 8am to 1pm under the Halles des Lices, you'll fall head over heels for their lace-thin puff pastry. Their masterful craftsmanship has earned them the silver and bronze medals for best kouign amann two years running. Croissants, pains au chocolat and other viennoiseries are also made to the highest standards, using local red label flour. The good and the beautiful as we like to recommend it to you!
