Attention de bien rappeler aux nouveaux entrants l'importance de la satisfaction clients. Quand on est une tablée de 10 et que vous refusez de mettre une sauce en plus gratuitement, je trouve cela tellement hors sol niveau commerce et satisfaction. Je m'en fou de payer 50 centimes de plus mais sur une addition à 400€, ça serait la moindre des choses...
