Franck and Virginie Poux, who ran the Virgin Breizh Diner until 2023, are emblematic figures in the Vannes restaurant scene, and have redesigned their restaurant opposite Vannes and his wife. The result is Le Petit Fumoir, a restaurant specializing in smoked meats. We already remember Franck's prowess at cooking meat in the diner days.
