Trained at the Dinard hotel school, Romain Le Cordroch was the second in command of some of the greatest names in the profession before returning to his native country to open his own restaurant. This is how Bvañ was born in 2022, facing the ramparts of the medieval city. très belle découverte,association étonnante qui excite les papilles.
Chef de salle très pro .
Dommage que l’attente soit si longue entre les plats, et enfants qui se baladent pendant le service perturbent l’ambiance cosy souhaitée et la fluidité du service .
Nous aurions aimé voir le chef en fin de service pour le féliciter .
