Somewhere between a bistro and a gourmet restaurant, Rive Gauche offers traditional French cuisine that happily borrows from the Asian continent. Here, everything is fresh and homemade, as Dominique Blais, Master Chef de France, respects the seasonal nature of produce while giving free rein to his imagination. An immobile gustatory voyage, as in this "Asian declination", a trio of starters to discover: gambas ravioli, crispy pork & vegetables and Thai beef salad. Excellent restaurant sur le port de Vannes proposant une cuisine raffinée aux influences asiatiques. Décoration élégante et prix très abordables. Très bon accueil avec le chef qui vient vous voir à la fin du repas. Je recommande !
