Chez la Mère 6 Sous, an art bistro nicely nestled in a colorful cul-de-sac in the pedestrian center of Vannes, plays the card of family cooking and good fellowship. The attraction of the place lies in the quality of the local products and the home-made dishes. Their secret? A generous cuisine, a wide range of wines (organic or not), some of which are renowned for their aromatic power, a musical atmosphere, a neat decoration, and above all, no fuss and lots of generosity. As for the quality-price ratio, it is excellent!

Cuisine bonne mais sans plus. Je n'ai surtout pas apprécié le "on n'est pas au flunch" de la serveuse lorsque j'ai demandé s'il n'était pas possible d'avoir autre chose que du riz avec le poisson. Moi qui pensais que ce restaurant était une "institution" à Vannes, j'ai été déçue.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis malgré notre (gros) chien. Nous avons également extrêmement bien mangé et beaucoup apprécié le lieu qui est charmant, tout comme le service. En bref, nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant et repasserons avec plaisir !
