A new-generation café, popote and trendy brunch, offering fresh cuisine with a twist on traditional flavors.

Marie and Camille's paths crossed at hotel management school. After 15 years of professional experience, they decided to set up their own place, a family-run canteen that was "good, but without the fuss". The result is Citron et Melon d'Eau, just a stone's throw from Saint-Patern church, which offers a daily menu of homemade sweet and savoury creations based on seasonal produce. With its antique furniture and crockery, wood and plant decor and carefully laid-out miniature terrace, you'll feel right at home here, and you'll be back for more. Brunch one Sunday a month on reservation.

Open all year round. Two annual breaks on varying dates. Low season: Mondays and Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.; Thursdays to Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. High season: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. No reservation required. Menus from €14 to €17. A la carte: approx. €15 (choice of three dishes). Wine by the glass. Sunday brunch: €25 on site, €19 takeaway. American Express, Chèque Restaurant. Takeaway sales. 4-cover patio and lounge area.

Super petit restaurant. Tous les plats sont fait maison surplace (cuisine ouverte) la commande ce fait au comptoir. Pas de réservation un peu de patience une place se libére toujours. La déco est très sympa décontractée, sièges et vaisselles dépareillées, originale et détendu. Je recommande cette adresse au cœur de vannes le charme opère dans le quartier St patern.
