Thierry Seychelles, a student of Georges Paineau, a pioneer in Breton gastronomy, has also worked with Alain Passard, Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Ducasse and Patrice Caillault at the Domaine de Rochevilaine. After a stopover in Shanghai and then with the Pourcel brothers at the Jardin des Sens in Montpellier, he has been working with a dynamic team in this shop on the rue des Halles since 2006. The starred chef of Roscanvec favors seasonal products and combines the Asian and Breton terroirs in the service of a gastronomic, modern and creative menu.

Das Menü "Hedoniste" wird vom Chef nach eigenen Vorgaben (bei uns z.B.laktosefrei) zusammengestellt und Überraschung: es war
exquisit!
Die Weinbegleitung kam manchmal verzögert an den Tisch aber passte immer perfekt - auch wenn wir selbst so nicht kombiniert hätten.
Die Räume sind groß und hell, es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
Hier kommen wir wieder hin.
