A former sommelier at Michelin-starred establishments, Pol has carried out major renovations on this 600-year-old nugget to create L'Antidote. In the heart of the old town, set against a backdrop of centuries-old stone, this refined, intimate bistro, cellar and wine bar offers market-fresh, local, seasonal cuisine and a selection of biodynamic wines, which can be enjoyed on the premises, depending on the menu (unique at lunchtime), or taken away. Here, people come together for the pleasure of sharing and meeting, over a drink on the terrace or a gourmet meal.
