Les Toqués du Bocal opened in 2019 in Vannes. The idea: serve only dishes packaged in jars to eat in or take away. There's no set menu here; everything depends on what's available, what's in season and, above all, on inspiration. The only constant is the daily offering of vegetarian dishes, market cuisine, world cuisine and chef's surprises. The approach, as original as it gets, is also eco-responsible: jars are consigned and plastic is banned. Another Séné address. A must-see.
