Back in her homeland after seven years in Singapore and two French restaurants, Ludivine, who is passionate about Asian street food, opened her own establishment in November 2023. It's a family affair, with father Olivier at the stove, concocting delicious dishes and sandwiches to order, based on shokupan (Japanese sandwich bread) or guabao (Taiwanese steamed brioche), topped with meat and crudités seasoned with an Asian sauce. Also available as a side dish or dessert and/or vegetarian version.
