Master Restaurateur in Vannes, specializing in Breton blue lobster, low cost lunchtime menu, on site or to take away.

Labelled Master Restaurateur in 2021, Tony Streissel has managed to impose his concept, simple and refined at the same time: lobster, nothing but lobster. This crustacean was long considered the food of the poor, before gaining its letters of nobility. It has a lean and tasty flesh, which will delight amateurs and neophytes. Here, only the blue lobster straight out of the Breton fishpond will be served to you in the respect of the marine fauna. Taste it whole or half (275 g + dessert: 23 €!), in a mixed burger version with beef or Lobster roll with crayfish.

Un restaurant dont la spécialité est le homard ???? et bleue atypique de Bretagne,le lieu reste simple,les plats : demi-homard frite à volonté et un excellent café gourmand,je le recommande,quantitatif et qualitatif étant parfait

Une première expérience fantastique ! Un accueil extra et la nourriture au top pour des prix raisonnables ! Nous sommes arrivés à 6 sans réservation, en décalé et ils ont géré avec le sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance. Merci, je ne sais pas si vous étiez serveurs ou patrons mais vous faites Honneur à votre métier ! Je recommande vivement !
