In the summer, the terrace of Qu4tre will welcome you in the shade of the old half-timbered houses. Fresh products are used and the bread (for the burgers too) comes from a bakery in the city center. Let yourself be tempted by the suggestions of the day, mixing traditional and modern inspirations. You can also choose from the galettes and crêpes, filled with local ingredients. Très bon établissement sur Vannes.Les crêpes sont faites maison; la garniture est toujours généreuse et fraîche.
Bonne carte de boissons avec mention pour la bolée de cidre.

Déambulant dans le vieux Vannes , cherchant une crèperie , nous entrons dans le "4"
après une brève attente..
Première inquiétude , la commande est prise sans note... Résultat un oubli ...
Les galettes arrivent enfin après une trop longue attente : la pâte est fade , insipide , sans sel , beurk ... Dommage car les ingrédients de garnitures sont bons , eux ..
Et je cherche encore le sel sur la table...
Résultat nous avons abrégé notre repas et prix un dessert ailleurs ...
Une bonne note quand même : le prix raisonnable ( mais des oublis aussi sur l'addition ) Chef Etchebest , nous vous avons trouvé du boulot ici ...
