The team (oyster farmers, cooks and fishmongers) lives to the rhythm of the tides and the seasons to offer you hollow oysters, but also Breton shellfish supplied by local fishermen. J'ai demandé une bourriche. Celle ci m'a été facturée 5euros.. sans prevenir... ce qui a presque doublé le prix des huîtres. D'autres ostréiculteurs juste a côté ne font pas payer. Cela me semble bien malhonnête
