Farm where you can watch milking and cheese maturing

Located on the south coast of the Rhuys peninsula, the Suscinio Cheese Farm processes the milk of its Breton cows with black udders, supplemented by Normandy and Montbeliarde cows. There, you will be able to watch the milking as well as the maturing of the cheeses, starting with the famous Rhuys tomme, taste the farm's products at the Café de la Pie Noir or take away with you some pure local products on sale in the store, to enjoy at home or to offer.

Opening time and information on SUSCINIO CHEESE FARM

Annual closure in January for the farm and store. High season: open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm; Sunday, 11:30am to 7pm. See website for details of store and restaurant opening times at different times of year. In the restaurant, daily specials from €15.20 to €16.80. On-site sale of farm produce and local specialities. Open house. Cows milked daily at 4.30pm and cheese made at 10.45am Monday to Saturday. Restaurant (Le Pie Noir Café). Store.

Nous venons avec des amis en Camping CAR, puis nous sommes allés à la boutique et réserver pour dîner le soir, le dîner super bon et avec des produits de la ferme et où locaux .
Accueil très agréable aussi bien à la boutique qu' au restaurant , nous reviendrons sûrement .
