Beautiful gastronomic establishment with a flowered terrace and a cuisine (sea and earth) inspired by the garden.
A graduate of the Ferrandi school, Arnaud Domette has worked in the kitchens of the Lameloise house or Thierry Drapeau at the Chabotterie estate. Since 2016, with his wife Manon, he welcomes you in the bucolic setting of Kerstéphanie around gastronomic creations based on local seasonal ingredients. A glimpse? Salmon gravlax with gin accompanied by a salad of sour beans, goji berries and pickles, orange paste and spiced caramel or poached pollack and steamed celery in chervil broth, celery mousseline, vegetable juice with butter sauce.
