With a beautiful room, a terrace and a small sheltered courtyard, Le Bistrot de Caro opened in Sarzeau in 2020. Caroline Gauvin, chef of this friendly bar-restaurant, favors fresh, local and seasonal products. She offers you a family cooking according to a menu renewed every day. At lunchtime (from Monday to Friday), you can choose between fish or meat, to be completed with a gourmet dessert. In the evening, you can come and have a drink around an aperitif board of cold cuts or cheese, oysters or stuffed prairies.

Excellente cuisine : raffinée, originale, ultra fraîche, avec le respect de la saisonnalité et magnifiquement présentée. Les papilles et les yeux sont ravis. Service impeccable, chaleureux, dynamique et souriant. Bref, une adresse à retenir ! Merci l'équipe.

Merci pour ce moment de partage très agréable. Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire et bienveillance car sans réservation, 5 personnes et à l'heure du midi. Excellente cuisine. Je recommande très sincèrement.
