The shop, which was refurbished in 2015, offers for sale a selection of the products that have made it a success: namely poultry (turkey and chicken) and duck (also from the Lauzach site in Morbihan). Foie gras, confit, duck breast, PAC chicken, turkey cuts, ready-made meals and festive poultry in December are available in the shop.
