Ferme Bio de la Cavalerie, located in Saint-Gonnery, is a 100% organic farm. It produces a range of oils (rapeseed, hemp, camelina, sunflower) and flours (buckwheat, wheat, small spelt, spelt, rye, millet). Pulses such as lentils and split peas are also available. The store offers a wide selection of local farm produce. It's even possible to stay on site, in a gîte or chambre d'hôtes. Picnic baskets can be prepared on request to make the most of the farm's produce.
