Founded in 2015, Lady Merveilles is revolutionizing our relationship with chocolate, no longer considering it as a whole but in its uniqueness. Its founder, Marine Schmitt, in fact works chocolate bean to bar, from bean to bar. Travelling the globe to harvest her raw materials, the globe-trotting chocolatier then comes to her Saint-Avé workshop to roast the beans according to the roasting methods specific to each country: Brazil, Ecuador, India, Peru... It's a committed process that produces an intense, mouth-watering result.
