Founded in 1974, Maison Lucas is a master in the art of artisanal smoking. Rigorous selection of fish, dry salting and smoking with green beech sawdust, for forty years this family business has favored artisanal work as its signature. Here, everything is handmade, from filleting to packaging. This requirement has earned the company its fine reputation and the quality of its products, which have been praised by Gault & Millau and the Salon saveurs des plaisirs gourmands.

Le saumon gravlax, les oeufs de cabillaud et les tranches de lieu noir fumés de la maison Lucas sont extraordinaires, salés de manière optimale (pas trop). Un délice! De même que le hareng, anguille et hassock fumés. Le tarama est un des meilleurs que je connaisse. La boutarge, excellente aussi, est comparable à une spécialité fameuse produite dans l'île de Formose (Taiwan).

The gravlax salmon, cod roe, and smoked pollock slices from Maison Lucas are extraordinary, perfectly salted (not too much). Delicious! As are the smoked herring, eel, and hassock. The tarama is one of the best I've ever tasted. The bottarga, also excellent, is comparable to a famous specialty produced on the island of Formosa (Taiwan).

Plateau de fruits de mer du 31/12/2024 immangeable en dehors des huîtres et des langoustines. Bulots à jeter, tourteaux demandés coupés en deux livrés non coupés mais complètement vides, bouquets contaminés par des parasites et odeur pestilentielle…
Après signalement pas d’excuses ni geste commercial pour une note de + de 300€

Je commande tous les ans et toujours aussi satisfaite. Concernant les produits ils excellents et super bien emballés et protégés. Quant a la livraison, les délais sont vraiment respectés et le suivi est parfait. A recommander

C’est toujours un enchantement, lorsque je reçois le saumon fumé de la Maison Lucas. Avec le Tarama, le repas est une fête.
Il faut aussi souligner que le produit arrive dans un emballage très soigné. Et la livraison toujours au top.
