A bistro-restaurant offering home-cooked, fresh seasonal produce on a slate.

Brume, a bistro-restaurant in Quiberon's Rue du Port Haliguen, opened its doors in April 2022. Headed by Emmanuelle Prigent, Emmanuel Grégoire and Vincent le Bolch, they have returned to Brittany to open a traditional restaurant offering home cooking in the purest bistro tradition, with a strong emphasis on fresh, local, seasonal produce. There's no set menu here: everything is on the slate, and varies according to arrivals, the tides and the inspirations of Vincent, chef of this crew happy to be here, together, against all odds.

Un restaurant convivial,dans un lieu original et cosy. J ai apprécié le mélange des saveurs (daurade , panet , pamplemousse). La carte des vins vaut le détour (aussi bien en blanc qu en rouge)
