It's been 4 years since organic grower and harvester Alain Réty set up his family cider mill in Ploërdut. Based on fertile land handed down through 4 generations, he harvests apples from orchards of old varieties planted between 1960 and 1980. It's here that he sells direct, offering a wide range of organic ciders produced without sulfites or added carbon dioxide (demi-sec, brut, fermier, hops), apple juice, chouchen and vinegar. La Malvoisine is present at the Place de l'Eglise market every Friday.
