Restaurant, creperie and seafood specialties in the heart of the small town of Pénestin, La Bisquine offers a regional and tasty cuisine. According to the seasons and the chef's inspirations, the menu is renewed every day. You can choose between galettes with Guérande salt, garnished with ham, duck breast or pan-fried scallops, but also, on the slate and according to the arrivals, whelks, oysters, crab and langoustines. On the sweet side, Italian-style ice cream and granita, whipped cream, caramel and homemade chocolate.
