In his laboratory, he searches, imagines, finds the latest recipe that will be trendy in his shops in Lorient, Vannes, Carnac and of course in Theix. He strives to create anti-allergenic products: in his stores, there is always a selection of gluten-free, sugar-free chocolate, pastry, glassware and confectionery.
