In June 2016, Philippe opened this reception complex within the walls of the mill, once part of the Seigneurie du Clérigo. In fact, you can still see the lord's manor behind the farm of the same name. Everything has been rebuilt inside the stone walls: reception room, gîtes with 7 rooms including 2 dormitories. Stay in the countryside on the edge of a pond (secure) and in the heart of vast meadows ... 10 minutes from the center of Vannes, what a bargain! It is also the ideal place for a reception in "small" committee.
