A local institution founded in 1929, this butcher's shop specialises in Guéméné andouille, which earned Philippe Perron three gold medals. Other home-made products include smoked filet mignon and duck breast, pâté de campagne, blood sausage, tripe and rillettes. The house also sells quality meat: local such as pork and lamb, or French such as Limousin beef, as well as delicatessen products. A cooked dish is offered on Saturdays, including the traditional couscous on the first Saturday of the month.
