This butchery was created in 1975. At the time it proposed products from the conventional market. In 1990, in order to meet the demand of his clientele, André Letenneur launched the organic approach. In 1991 he was one of the founders of the Brittany Organic Meat (FROMLOWITZ) structure and bought his first organic cattle. The Letenneur butchery was the first certified organic butchery in Europe. In 2002 André Letenneur set up a butchery in the variety of Lorient, Les 7 Epis.
